AN application under permitted development rights has been submitted for work at a farm in Giggleswick, near Settle.
A prior approval notification application for Rome Farm in Storth Gill Lane seeks the go-ahead for the removal of three and the extension to two agricultural buildings. Also proposed is the re-siting of a building, the up-grade of existing farm tracks and the re-concreting of areas of the existing yard, and installation of yard drains.
Other applications recently validated by North Yorkshire Council include: Erection of replacement sectional timber stables at Fold Bank Barn, Mewith Lane, Bentham; Proposed relocation of an existing agricultural building to create a slurry store at Royd House, Lingah Hill, Cononley Road, Glusburn; Single storey, pitched roof, rear extension to replace existing conservatory at 17 Holme Park, High Bentham.
