CROMPTON Joan (née Pitts) Died peacefully aged 92, on November 22, 2016, in Bradford Royal Infirmary, after suffering a stroke. Wife of Geoff, who predeceased her. Though frail in her final year, her intellect was sharp to the end. Cremation at Skipton Crematorium on December 9, at 12.30p.m. Family flowers only. Afterward her friends are invited to Limestone View, Settle, at 2.00p.m. Donations to the Salvation Army C/o Duncan Robinson Funeral Services, Unit 2, Kings Mill Lane, Settle BD24 9BS.
