SMITH David Herbert The family of the late David Herbert Smith would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards and messages of condolence received during their sad bereavement, also for their attendance at the funeral service and generous donations to Prostate Cancer. Special thanks to all the staff on I.C.U. at Airedale General Hospital, particularly John, to Rev Alan Raine for his kind words and lovely service, finally Andrew at Jacksons Funeral Services for the funeral arrangements.
