CAWOOD Allan Lesley, Roger and family of the late Allan Cawood would like to express their sincere thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, support and shared memories at this sad time. We would like to thank the staff at Dyneley House Surgery and The Dales Care Home, the District Nurses and Sue Gee for their exemplary nursing whilst Dad was in their care. Thank you to the Reverend Veronica James for conducting a wonderful thanksgiving service and to friends from football for their huge contribution. Our grateful thanks to all who attended the service and for their generous contributions to Parkinson's UK and Holy Trinity Church in Dad's memory. Thanks also to Philip and staff at Howcroft's Funeral Services for their thoughtful guidance and professionalism.
