DALBY Lesley Ann (nee Swift) The family of Lesley would like to thank all friends and relatives for their kind words of sympathy and support. We are grateful to those who attended her funeral and made donations in her memory to Austwick Church and Christ Church, Lancaster. Many thanks also to the staff at Lancaster Royal Infirmary for the excellent care Lesley received, Brown and Whittaker for their help with the funeral arrangements and Party Animals for the refreshments
