CARR Douglas Barbara, Paul, Denise and family would like to thank everyone for their kind support and messages of condolence received and the many cards and flowers. A very special thank you to Dr Sumnall and all at Dyneley House Surgery for their care over the years. Further thanks to Sue and Howard Smith of Brook Smith Funeral Directors and also Rev'd Richard Atkinson for a lovely service, finally a big thank you to all the wonderful family and friends who attended the funeral service, for their kind support at this very sad time and their donations to Parkinson's Society.
