HALL Gerald Edmondson The family of the late Gerald Hall, wish to sincerely thank everyone for the many cards and messages of condolence received. Our thanks to Dr Sumnal at Dyneley House Surgery, HODU at AGH and Manorlands for the care given to Gerald. Special thanks to Rev. Ian Greenalgh, Nick Bannister and Susan at Brook Smith's, for their contribution to the lovely service of remembrance, also to Coniston Hotel for their hospitality.
