HOLDEN Michael David Janet and family would like to sincerely thank relatives, friends and neighbours for all their kindness and support throughout Michael's illness. Thank you also for the many kind letters and cards of condolence received. Special thanks to the carers, Grassington Medical Centre, everyone at The MND Association and the doctors and staff at Manorlands Hospice. Thank you to all who attended Michael's funeral service and gave generous donations in his memory and finally to Rev Peter Yorkstone for his kind and comforting words.
