Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2018/19504/FUL. Proposal: Change of use from dwelling to two selfcontained
flats for Northern Norman Ltd. Location: 2 Belgrave Street Skipton BD23 1QB
Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2018/19343/HH. Proposal: Erection of single-storey rear extension to
dwelling for Mrs Karen Lodge. Location: 1 Box Tree Farm Main Street Farnhill BD20 9BW
Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2018/19514/LBC. Proposal: Roofing works to make the structure water
tight including replacing skylights and installing roof windows for OVIC LTD. Location:
Western Part Of Dale End Mill Lothersdale BD20 8EN Reason(s): Proposes works to a
Listed Building.

Application No: 2018/19473/FUL. Proposal: Refurbishment of existing Parish facilities in
listed building together with single storey extension to form kitchen, store and plant room
to rear. Conversion of part first floor area to form accommodation for Parish Priest. Also
conversion to form four apartments for rental to part of ground and first floor. Extension
of car park area and enlarged opening to entrance from Castle View Terrace. for Diocese
Of Leeds. Location: St Monicas Convent Gargrave Road Skipton BD23 1PJ Reason(s):
Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a
Listed Building.

Application No: 2018/19474/LBC. Proposal: Refurbishment of existing Parish facilities in

Station Broughton Road Skipton BD23 1RT Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: 2018/19373/MMA. Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 2 (plans)
of original planning permission referenced 45/2017/18091 to amend the new splash park
area for Ingleton Parish Council. Location: Outdoor Swimming Pool The Square Ingleton
LA6 3EG Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Would
affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: 2018/19508/FUL. Proposal: Extension of existing caravan site for a
further 38 static caravans, 10 camping pods and a multiuse sports court area, formation
of new road layout and associated works for Partingtons Holiday Centres Ltd. Location:
Tarn Caravan Park Stirton Skipton BD23 3LQ Reason(s): Is a Major Development proposal.
Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: 2018/19468/HH. Proposal: Proposed demolition of existing garage and
new build garden shed/potting store, re-roofing works to existing store (revised scheme
to previous approval referenced 2017/18553/HH) for Mr Andrew Timlin. Location: 18 Ash
Grove Sutton-in-craven BD20 7QJ Reason(s): Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted
building in a Conservation Area. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation
Area.

Application No: 2018/19509/OUT. Proposal: Outline application with some matters
reserved for two pairs of semi-detached dwellings for Mr & Mrs Lord. Location: Land
Adjacent To Back Church Street Church Street Settle Reason(s): Affects the character and
appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2018/19288/FUL. Proposal: Full planning permission for the construction
of side extension, and retrospective permission for the change of use of agricultural land
to domestic garden for Mr & Mrs Raw. Location: 13 Spring Gardens Cross Street Cowling
BD22 0AX Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Does
not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the
land to which the application relates is situated.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 9th August 2018. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments. The applications progress can be tracked at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications
