PROPERTY lawyer James Dunn has been promoted to a partner at AWB Charlesworth Solicitors.

James graduated from Bristol University with a LLB Honours degree in 2003 and has specialised in commercial property law since qualifying as a solicitor in October 2006.

Since joining the firm in February 2013 as a commercial property solicitor, James has dealt with complex and high value transactions that have been acknowledged across the firm as well as by professional contacts and clients alike.

James will continue to be based at the firm's Skipton office but will also provide commercial property support to the commercial and business law colleagues in Keighley and Bradford.

He said: "I am honoured to be given this tremendous opportunity and excited for what the future holds as the firm continues to grow and provide excellent legal services to our clients in Yorkshire and beyond.”

Declan Hayes, partner and head of the property department, said: “James is a pivotal part of the team here at AWB Charlesworth and his technical expertise has earned him a first class reputation among clients and professional contacts throughout the Aire Valley. The partners and I wholeheartedly welcome James to the partnership.”
