A SKIPTON hair, beauty and nail salon is expanding to incorporate an "urban spa" within its High Corn Mill base.
Sexton and Co is increasing its existing floor space by 600 square feet so it can offer even more beauty treatments in its newly-created spa area.
Owner Tom Sexton said: "When I first opened the salon at 18, almost 12 years ago, I never imagined the success and positive response I have received from my clients.
"I wanted to create a one-stop shop for all hair and beauty needs and make the luxury spa experience more accessible to all - whether it's a lunch break appointment or a day of pampering."
Sexton and Co now employs six members of staff - salon manager Emma Day, senior stylist Karen Cowen, junior stylist Eloise Foster, nail technician Linda O'Hagan, mii make-up artist Claire Wilde and, now, beautician, make-up artist and dermalogica skin specialist Anne Marie Longmire.
