Czajka Care Group’s managing director, Konrad Czajka, said: “Czajka Care Group has been at the forefront of the local care industry for more than 20 years, and much of our success is based on our ability to train our 350 strong team to an exceptionally high standard. This led to us launching the Czajka Training Centre 45 years ago.”

All the courses provides are fully certified and candidates can also use them as a pathway to go on to complete NVQs and other professional qualifications.
