BOLTON Abbey will host a cycle of mystery plays in the summer.
The events - on July 4 and 5 - will feature several tableaux on the life of Christ and will be staged in the Priory Church as well as the abbey ruins.
It will be the first Bolton Abbey pageant to be held for nine years.
Details of the event are currently being finalised.
