SETTLE Orchestra will be joined by two young musicians for its summer concerts.
Violinist Tim Rathbone and cellist Michael Newman will play Brahms' Double Concerto.
The two men are no strangers to orchestra conductor Leo Geyer - all three play in a group called Khymerikal, which embraces the diversity of contemporary music to present imaginative projects.
Tim currently studies with Zoë Beyers and Adam Romer as part of the CBSO orchestral postgraduate diploma course at Birmingham Conservatoire while Michael is working towards a Masters degree at the Royal Academy of Music.
The concerts will take place at the Richard Whiteley Theatre, Giggleswick School, on Saturday and at Christ Church, Skipton, next Saturday, June 27.
Both events start at 7.30pm and will also include Rossini's Thieving Magpie and Schubert's Symphony No 5.
Tickets are available from settleorchestra.org.uk, Cave and Crag, Settle, High Bentham Post Office, Settle Music, Skipton Camera Centre or by phoning 01729 825806.
