THE Fake Festival trucks are preparing to load up and embark on yet another tour of the UK - and they will be calling at Skipton's Aireville Park on Saturday.

As well as headline acts Four Fighters, The Really Hot Chili Peppers and New2, the stage will also play host to five local support bands.

This year's chosen acts are Leon Pashley, Stand Alone, We Are Atlas, Ballyhoo/Eventide and Men Can’t Fly.

Leon Pashley will be opening this year’s Fake Festival. The singer/songwriter is inspired by the likes of Ed Sheeran and Charlie Simpson, and will be performing some great covers.

Bradford-based band Stand Alone combines the driven, heavy rock influences of Biffy Clyro and Alter Bridge with outstanding musicianship while We Are Atlas will have festival-goers rocking, with its mix of upbeat melodic alternative rock.

Ballyhoo/Eventide is an original electro/rock mash-up band with a highly energetic stage show and Man Can’t Fly will perform lively, melodic and catchy music

“We are really lucky to have such talented musical artists in the region,” said Jez Lee, owner of Fake Festivals. “It has been very difficult to choose just five artists to perform, but we hope we have chosen something for everyone, and we very excited to have them perform on our main stage.”
