SKIPTON: Skipton Folk Unplugged will hold a singers nights on Monday.
And, on Monday, January 25, the club will hold a Scottish night to celebrate the life and poetry of Robert Burns.
The club meets at the Narrow Boat, in Victoria Street, from 8.30pm.
A singing group for people living with dementia or Parkinson’s Disease, their family and friends will meet fortnightly from Tuesday, January 26.
* Sessions will take place at Skipton Baptist Church from 2pm to 3.30pm and attendees will enjoy singing and home-made baking in a relaxed and supportive environment.

SETTLE: Artists Frank Gordon, Hannah Chesterman, Hester Cox, Lesley Fotherby, Pam Grimmond, Pip Seymour, Rebecca Wallace-Jones, Ross Brown, Alison Dickson, Casey Allum and Laura Wallace feature in the Winter’s Tale exhibition at The Courtyard’s Lime Gallery.
The exhibition will run until next Saturday, January 23.
* The Three Peaks Folk Club will meet at Settle Social Club next Sunday evening, January 24.
It will be a guest night featuring duo Morfran Heights.
The group was formed at a New Year's Eve bash at the Moorcock, Blacko, in 2013, after Paul Morris and Martin Francis decided could enhance each other's music.
Martin has the ability to adapt his style of playing to particular audiences, with guitar his main instrument, while Paul plays a variety of whistles and Bodhran.
* Community choir Settle Voices have resumed their weekly sessions following the Christmas break.
The choir meets at the Friends Meeting House on a Monday from 1pm to 3pm. New singers are welcome and for more information, visit settlevoices.org.uk
BRADLEY: Bradley Film Club will show the animated adventure comedy, Shaun the Sheep, this evening.
The 2015 British stop-motion adventure is based on the Shaun the Sheep television series, created by Nick Park, and follows Shaun and his flock into the big city to rescue their farmer, who suffers memory loss as a result of their mischief.
The film will be shown in the school hall at 6pm and everyone in the community is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be available to buy and there is a loop system.
CARLETON: A Neil Diamond Tribute and Motown Evening will be held at the Social Club on Saturday, January 30, at 8.30pm.
Tickets cost £5 per person and are on sale from the Village Shop and the Club.
EMBSAY: Embsay's first film night of the New Year will feature The Imitation Game starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Keira Knightley and Charles Dance.
It the story of Alan Turing, who was instrumental in the breaking of the Enigma Code used by the Germans during World War Two. It is a fascinating study of a man who should have been acclaimed for his achievement, but who after the war, was broken by the ‘establishment’.
The screening will take place at Embsay Village Hall on Wednesday at 7.30pm and admission at the door is £5, which includes tea and biscuits.
* The pre-school’s next Family Cinema Club screening will be in the village hall on Sunday at 2pm.
Membership of the club is £3 per person which entitles the member to free entry and a goody bag. Refreshments will also be available.
GIGGLESWICK: Northern Irish adventurer, film-maker and writer Leon McCarron will deliver the next Gigg Lecture on Monday.
In 2014 he followed the Karun, the longest river in the Islamic Republic of Iran, from source to sea, hoping for an insight into one of the most intriguing and misunderstood places in the world.
He will share his discoveries, as well as the lessons he has learned from making adventure a way of life.

* The latest James Bond film, Spectre, will be shown as part of the Community Cinema season at the Richard Whiteley Theatre.
A cryptic message from the past leads James Bond (Daniel Craig) to Mexico City and Rome, where he meets the beautiful widow (Monica Bellucci) of an infamous criminal. After infiltrating a secret meeting, 007 uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation Spectre.
The screening starts at 3.30pm.
GLUSBURN: Glusburn Institute will hold its first Film Friday of 2016 tomorrow.
The featured film will be Kingsman, The Secret Service, starring Taron Egerton, Colin Firth and Samuel L Jackson.
It is about a spy organisation which recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training programme just as a global threat emerges from a twisted-tech genius.
The screening starts at 7.30pm and entry is £4.
* Fallfest, the successful annual arts event in Glusburn - will hold its annual general meeting on Wednesday.
Officials will give a report on September's highly enjoyable and financially successful three-day event, which was headlined by South Craven-born jazz legend Clare Teal.
The meeting - which will be held at Glusburn Institute at 7.15pm - will also concentrate on the sixth event, which is due to be held this September. Ideas and helpers are needed.

GRASSINGTON: Grassington Festival is inviting applications from performers, community groups and venues, who want to stage their own event as part of the Fringe.
Events could include outdoor concerts, pub gigs, exhibitions, poetry readings, school events, open mornings and taster sessions and will run alongside the main festival from Saturday, June 18, to Saturday, July 2.
