MUSIC from 'Across the Pond' will be celebrated at Giggleswick School Chapel next Saturday, June 11.
The Lancaster Singers, directed by Duncan Lloyd, will present a programme of accompanied and a cappella music from England, America and Canada.
The largely 20th century programme will included music by Lauridsen, Whitacre, Paulus, Erb, Scholz, Stamford and Bernstein.
The Lancaster Singers are recognised as one of Lancashire's best vocal ensembles, with the 70 strong mixed-voice choir united through a love of music and performance and the pursuit of musical excellence.
The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £10 for adults and free for students in full-time education. They are available from giggleswick.org.uk/rwt or call 01729 893180.
