CONONLEY Singers will present their summer concerts this weekend, bringing an end to the choir's successful sixth year.
Called The Cononley Singers Love Pop Music, the programme will include pop classics and surprises, including a spectacular arrangement of Queen's Somebody To Love.
The concerts will take place at Christ Church, Skipton, on Friday and Cononley Village Institute on Saturday. Both start at 7.30pm and tickets are available from Cononley Post Office or on the door.
Other highlights from the year have been singing at the Circuit Judges' annual dinner at Gorton Monastery in Manchester, at the Co-operative Funeral Society’s Christmas Service at Bradford Cathedral, at the memorial service for Danny Jones at Keighley Rugby Club and in the Bowlful of Song concert in aid of Cononley Bowls Club.
