THE Cononley Singers invite everyone to join them in a nostalgic trip down memory lane to enjoy Songs From The Summer Of Love.

The summer concert, which will be performed in Skipton and Cononley, will feature songs from Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band and other famous songs from the summer of 1967, including those by artists such as The Bee Gees, Procol Harum and The Turtles.

In keeping with the spirit of the times, Peace and Love, the singers will be performing in costume from that era.

Members of the audience are also warmly invited to do the same and it is hoped that everyone who attends will, as they used to say, "get into the groove man."

will be held at Christ Church in Skipton tomorrow and at Cononley Village Institute on Saturday. Both performances start at 7.30pm.

Tickets are available from Cononley Post Office on 01535 637405 or from any choir member.
