EARBY Fieldfest has confirmed a clutch of headliners including stars of TV talent shows for this year’s event.

The festival, which made its successful debut last year, will be held at Earby Springfield Playing Fields on Sunday, August 13, from noon to 10pm.

Earby Fieldfest chairman Gary Dowson: "In 2016 the little town of Earby, launched the first ever Fieldfest with big music and fantastic live entertainment giving locals and visitors a chance to mingle and enjoy the show.

"Returning in 2017, we are trying to push it one step further. Fieldfest is charity based and would not have been possible without the hard work of a group of individuals from Earby who had the vision and drive to create a music festival that will continue for years to come.

"We, the organisers of Fieldfest, are working hard for the festival to grow bigger and better each year, bringing some of the best artists from across the UK to Earby."

This year's line-up includes Britain’s Got Talent 2017 finalist Jamie Lee Harrison, Samantha Atkinson, who appeared on X Factor in 2015 and 2016, and Sony recording artist Tom Bleasby.

The day will begin with Disney princesses and super heroes, followed by 15-minute performances by a host of local performers.

There will be tributes to a host of stars including Amy Winehouse, Adele, Madonna, Elvis, Elton John, Olly Murs, George Michael and Little Mix.

Tickets can be purchased at Humble Pie and Wineline in Earby or booked online at earbyfieldfest.azurewebsites.net
