SKIPTON: Skipton Players will present The Hollow, a thriller of passion and betrayal by Agatha Christie, until Saturday at Skipton Little Theatre.

GTS Performing Arts will present Hansel and Gretel and The Panto on Friday, December 15, and Saturday, December 16, at Skipton Little Theatre.

Craven Arts is holding a Christmas exhibition featuring works by more than 40 local artists.

SETTLE: The Langcliffe Singers will open its 2017-18 season with a Christmas concert starting at 7.30pm on Saturday in Settle Parish Church.

Local singing group Octameron will appear in three concerts in December.

The first takes them out of Craven and into Lancashire for a concert at 3pm on Sunday at The Platform in Morecambe.

The following weekend, on Saturday, December 9, Octameron will sing in the community carol concert at Settle Parish Church, along with many other musical groups based in the town. The concert starts at 6.30pm.

To complete their festive season, Octameron will perform a concert of Christmas songs at The Folly in Settle at 2.30pm on Saturday, December 16.

Santa's Christmas Wish, a festive, song-filled, interactive family show particularly suitable for 2 to 7 year olds, will be performed at 4pm on Friday, December 8, in Settle Victoria Hall.

Also on Friday, December 8, A Celebration of Simon and Garfunkel will perform a Christmas special concert at 8pm in Settle Victoria Hall.

The Albion Christmas Band will perform a show featuring seasonal songs, humorous readings and silly dances at 7.30pm on Tuesday, December 12, in Settle Victoria Hall.
