SKIPTON: Capturing the Moment, a solo exhibition by printmaker Mike Smith featuring over 20 of his recent reduction lino prints, will be on display at the Mill Bridge Gallery in Skipton until Saturday, July 7.

Craven Museum and Gallery will present an exhibition displaying a selection of artwork from The Roebuck Collection until Saturday, July 7, in Skipton Town Hall.

The group of works represent a range of periods, artistic styles and paintings of local interest and national importance.

Entry is free to the exhibition, which is open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday.

Creative Fusion – A Journey, an exhibition of creative work by people who are supported by Horton Housing Association in the Craven area, is on display at Skipton Library.

The exhibition includes drawings, paintings, poetry and prose.

The exhibition is display at Skipton Library until today when it moves to Settle Library where it runs from Tuesday to July 17 and Cross Hills Library from September 12 to 26.

Votes for Women, a costume-in-context presentation, will be held at 7pm on Friday, July 6, in Skipton Town Hall.

Tickets cost £15, which includes a welcome drink and nibbles.

GTS Performing Arts will perform Bully, a heart-warming musical which addresses bullying issues, at 7.30pm on Saturday, July 7, and 2.30pm on Sunday, July 8, in Skipton Town Hall.

Tickets cost £5 for adults but under 18s are free.

Skipton Folk Unplugged will present a performance by Jessica Lawson and Phil Simpson on Monday at the Narrow Boat, on Victoria Street. Start time is 8.30pm.

SETTLE: Settle Orchestra will perform a concert this Saturday at Christ Church in Skipton.

The programme will include music by Weber, Schubert’s and will feature French horn soloist Sophie Bell.

The concert starts at 7.30pm, and tickets costing £12 will be available at Capella in Settle, Bentham Post Office and on the door.

Dyad Productions will present The Time Machine, a new interpretation of the HG Wells classic, at 7.30pm tomorrow in Settle Victoria Hall.

The Settle Victoria Hall Beer Festival returns for its third year.

A selection of ciders and beers will be available when the festival opens at 5pm on Thursday, July 5. The festival will run from noon to 10pm on Friday, July 6, and Saturday, July 7, with refreshments and light lunches available on those days.

Knitted Settle, an exhibition of knitted pictures of buildings in Settle, will be on display at The Folly until December 22.

A new exhibition by Lois Brothwell, which features oil painting of women galloping through the Dales on horseback, will be on display until Friday, July 6, at the Gallery on the Green.

BARNOLDSWICK: Available Jones, featuring guitarist Miguel Montalban, will perform on Thursday, July 5, in the Barnoldswick Music and Arts Centre, on Rainhall Road.

Then on Monday, July 9, and Tuesday, July 10, the centre will present the concert An Audience with Merrill and Jay Osmond - Up Close and Very Personal. Tickets for the July 9 concert are already sold out.

CONONLEY: Cononley Singers will mark the 40th anniversary of the film Grease with two summer concerts.

The choir will perform a medley of some Grease's most memorable songs and other classical and contemporary songs.
