A GROUP of musicians donated money from their New Year's Eve gig in Earby to charity.
Two local bands, Midlife and Rewired, and singer Brook Phipps performed at the Punch Bowl pub, on Skipton Road, and they donated their full fee, which amounted to £200, to Barnoldswick and Earby Bosom Friends and Pendleside Hospice.
The cheques were handed over to Bosom Friends founder Mary Brennan and a representative from Pendleside.
Both charities expressed their thanks to the two bands, Brook Phipps and all those who took part in the event or contributed in any way.
