A KILDWICK church is hosting a second concert by the Epiphany Singers.

The choir will sing a range of choral music spanning a period from the 16th to the present century.

The concert is at St Andrew's Church next Sunday, July 16, at 7.30pm.

It follows a recent Choral Evensong performance at the church by the choir to celebrate The Queen's 90th birthday.

Vicar, the Rev Robin Figg, said: "The Epiphany Singers have been delighting audiences in Lancashire and Yorkshire for more than six years now.

"In recent years, they have been based at St Giles in Pontefract, where the choir's founder and director, Paul Dewhurst, is director of music.

"As well as singing regular services of choral evensong, the choir is a frequent visitor to Wakefield Cathedral and has also sung in York Minster and Ripon Cathedral."

Tickets for the latest event are available – priced £7.50, including interval refreshments – from jumblebee.co.uk/epiphanysingersconcert, from the parish rooms tomorrow afternoon or at the door. Under16s are admitted free.
