Cast members rehearse for this year's Embsay panto Peter and the Pirates.
THIS year's Embsay panto Peter and the Pirates will be staged from next Wednesday to Saturday, November 19.
The village's 34th annual pantomime will be held in Embsay Village Hall, with performances taking place at 7.15pm on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
There will also be two shows on the Saturday, a matinee at 2pm and an evening performance at 7pm.
This year Snap the Crocodile will prove to be a handful for the cast and there will be even be an appearance by Igor the Crow, who will be dressed up as Polly the Parrot.
Tickets, which cost £5, are available from The Paper Shop, Embsay, or Karen at the Elm Tree, Embsay.
