SETTLE Amateur Operatics Society (SAOS) Junior Theatre Group's recent production of Peter Pan was a great success.
The play was staged in late March at the Victoria Hall in Settle.
"Usually it would be only a fond memory by now but this year work is still going on," said Helen Jarvis, a long-standing member of SAOS.
Helen and Imogen Tilbury formed a productive partnership to document all aspects of the production.
The finished product will be a ‘scrap box’ containing pictures, quotes and ephemera.
Imogen explained that she wanted to be involved in the production but, rather than act, she wanted to learn about what happens behind the scenes.
Helen and Imogen planned to capture everyone’s role in some way.
“Imogen did a marvellous job.” Helen explained. “As well as taking many ‘action shots’ she also persuaded people to complete simple questionnaires that asked about why they wanted to be involved.”
