SKIPTON: Theatre Hullabaloo will present two performances of Bear and Butterfly tomorrow in Skipton Town Hall.

Puppetry, live music and storytelling combine in a tale about love, loss and friendship.

Performances of Bear and Butterfly will take place at 11am and 1.30pm.

Boxwood and Brass, specialists in late 18th century and early 19th century wind music, will perform at 7.30pm on Tuesday in Skipton Town Hall.

The ensemble features Emily Worthington and Oscar Arguelles on clarinet, Ursula Monberg and Kate Goldsmith on horn and Robert Percival and Takako Kunugi on bassoon.

The programme features Beethoven's Sextet Op. 71, Mozart's (arr. Percival) Serenade K.388 in C minor, Weber's Adagio and Rondo and Mozart's (arr. Percival) Symphony No. 39 in E flat.

The Greater Manchester Police Male Voice Choir will perform a concert titled An Evening of Song at 8pm on Saturday, January 27, in the Rendezvous Hotel on Keighley Road.

A raffle held during the evening will raise money for Petal Childhood Cancer Research.

SETTLE: The show 2 Talking Heads by Alan Bennett, which are part his series of ground-breaking monologues, will be performed at 7.30pm tonight in Settle Victoria Hall.

The first monologue is A Lady of Letters and the second monologue is Bed Among the Lentils.

The John Godber film Last Laugh will be screened 8pm tomorrow in Settle Victoria Hall.

A Burns Supper, featuring entertainment by Bill Adair, will be held at 7.30pm on Saturday in Settle Victoria Hall. All tickets cost £17.

Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Amy Wadge and roots singer and songwriter Luke Jackson will perform in concert at 8pm on Saturday, January 27, in Settle Victoria Hall.

BARNOLDSWICK: Blues rock guitarist Rob Tognoni, known as The Tasmanian Devil, and his band will perform in concert tonight at the Barnoldswick Music and Arts Centre, on Rainhall Road.

Soul, blues and gospel singer Jo Harman will perform at the centre on Thursday, January 25, and A Celebration Of Simon And Garfunkel, featuring Tim Chu and Ian Bailey, will perform at the centre on Thursday, February 1.
