SKIPTON: Humans of the Dales Exhibition, featuring portraits and interviews collected in the Yorkshire Dales. Artists Carine Brosse and Sam Dakin, will be on display from tomorrow to Monday, May 28, in Skipton Town Hall.

The exhibition, commissioned by Grassington Festival, will be open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. Entry is free.

The exhibition Elsewhere, by award-winning artist Bridget Tempest, will be on display in the Gallery, 3 Mill Bridge, until Saturday, April 28.

The exhibition, which is a collaboration with Craven Arts, will feature lithograph artwork.

Oskar’s Amazing Adventure, a heart warming and entertaining play for young children and their families, will be staged at 2pm tomorrow in Skipton Town Hall. Tickets cost £7.50.

Folk band The Houghton Weavers, who have been entertaining audiences for over 42 years, will perform at 3pm on Saturday in Skipton Town Hall. Tickets cost £14.

A relaxed screening of Walk the Line, the 2005 American biographical drama film about singer-songwriter Johnny Cash, will be shown at 1.30pm on Monday in Settle Victoria Hall.

The exhibition Still Life – A Celebration marks the opening of the 2018 season at Gavagan Art in Settle Town Hall.
