Support group seeks volunteers

Home-Start Craven, which supports families in South and North Craven, is looking for more volunteers.
Set up in 2010, the organisation offers informal, friendly support to families with at least one child under the age of five.
The families come from diverse backgrounds, but all have one thing in common, the need for someone to listen to them in a non-judgmental way.
Volunteers also come from all walks of life and are given free training. Courses take place one day a week over a period of ten weeks and are available both in the evening and during the day. The next one starts on Tuesday, November 6.
Home-Start Craven provides all out of pocket expenses.
