Stars of Coronation Street and The Bill are in the cast of Oscar-winning screenwriter Simon Beaufoy’s first stage play.
Mr Beaufoy, who grew up in Glusburn, has adapted his first film hit The Full Monty for the stage.
It begins a national tour in Sheffield, which is also the setting for the story of unemployed steelworkers who become male strippers.
The cast includes Bradford actor Simon Rouse from The Bill, Craig Gazey from Coronation Street and Kenny Doughty from Sky 1 comedy-drama Stella.
The Full Monty tour, which opens at Sheffield’s Lyceum Theatre on February 2, will travel to Bristol, Birmingham and Salford.
