A developer is seeking planning permission to convert an Earby property into three new houses.
KB Properties Ltd has submitted a plan to Pendle Council for 54-56 Water Street.
Other plans submitted to the council include: the conversion of a barn on Coolham Lane, Earby, into a house and the formation of an access; and an equestrian facility at Higher Barnsay Farm, Rainhall Crescent, Barnoldswick.
The plans include retaining a two-horse stable block, erecting a tack room and garage, forming a menage and changing the use of the land to equestrian.
