A football signed by Manchester United’s current first team will be one of the items up for grabs at a fundraising event at Cracoe Village Hall on Saturday.
The football, signed by Wayne Rooney and his team mates, will be the prize item on offer at an auction during the event organised by the Wharfedale Manorlands Support Group.
The auction, organised by Roger Ingham, will also include a helicopter ride, and Land Rover experience, and will be part of a dinner and speaking event at the hall.
Olympic stars Jessica Ennis, the Brownlee brothers, Dame Kelly Holmes, and Craven’s own Andy Hodge and Danielle Brown have also signed memorabilia to be auctioned off.
Food will be provided by John Rudden, of Grassington House Hotel, and entertainment will be provided by Kettlewell singer Jade McLellan. The evening will start at 7pm for 7.30pm, tickets £30. To place a bid for any of the items, contact June Robinson on 01756 753139.
