A row of garages in Gargrave has been put up for sale by Craven District Council.
The 12 garages, off Smithy Croft, are included in an auction in Leeds next month and have a guide price of £80,000.
Some of the garages are let to residents, who pay a total of just under £3,000 per year in rent.
Outline planning permission for their demolition and replacement with two homes has been given by the council.
The Eddisons sale takes place on Thursday, December 6 at Leeds United Football Ground, Elland Road, Leeds. The sale starts at 12.30pm.
