Craven College is holding an advice evening next Thursday, November 29.

It is inviting anyone who wants information about careers and pathways into real jobs to talk to advisors and lecturers with industry knowledge and experience.

The apprenticeships team, which has more than 650 young people in apprenticeships across the district, will also be available.

Principal Robert Bellfield said: “Craven College is all about preparing people for real jobs and enhanced careers.

“We have excellent links with local, regional and national industry partners across many sectors including aviation, business, construction, hair and beauty, healthcare, childcare, hospitality and the land- based sectors.

“The college is here to help any parent, pupil or school teacher who feels they would like access to informed advice about pathways into a wide range of career area.”

The advice evening will be held at the Aireville Campus, on Gargrave Road, from 5pm to 7.30pm.
