Settle Rotary Club is again organising pre-Christmas visits by Santa to the town and its surrounding areas.
He will have a postbox on his sleigh so that children can post their “wish for presents” letter, but please ensure names and addresses are supplied so Santa can reply.
He will start his visits at 5.30pm on weekdays and will be in Settle supermarkets from 10am to 4pm each Saturday.
His itinerary will kick off with a visit to Duke Street and Cammock Lane on Thursday, November 29, followed by a trip to Hellifield next Friday.
On Saturday, December 1, he will visit Booths and then go to the Market Place for the lights switch on.
His remaining itinerary is: December 3 - Long Preston; December 4 - Hellifield; December 5 - Mill Close and Northfields; December 6 - Upper Settle and Longdale Avenue; December 8 - Settle Co-op; December 10 - Austwick and Clapham; December 11 - Rathmell and Wigglesworth; December 12 - Townhead, Church Street, Duke Street and Kings Mill; December 13 - Langcliffe; December 14 - Giggleswick; December 15 - Booths; December 17 - The Mains and Stackhouse; and December 18 - Horton and Stainforth.
