Silsden Town Council is objecting to proposals to build a wind turbine at a local farm.
Councillors voted against plans for a single 15m high micro-scale turbine at Black Pots Farm on Light Bank as they felt it would be too near a bridleway and historic landmarks such as cup and ring stones.
They have asked for a geological survey of the area, which is on Rombalds Moor near Doubler Stones.
