Pam Skelton cuts the anniversary cake
More than 100 Rainbow Guides attended a party at Gargrave Village Hall to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the group’s launch.
Skipton has always had a strong guiding community and the first Rainbow group at St Andrew’s was started by Pam Skelton in 1987. It is still going strong, along with nine other district units.
Pam, who is still involved with Guiding, was guest of honour at the birthday party and cut a celebratory cake. Entertainment was provided by Catchi the Clown.
