A multi-award winning blind entrepreneur is to spread his enthusiasm for business when he appears at the Rendezvous Hotel in Skipton, on Tuesday, December 18.
Amar Latif, the founder and director of Traveleyes, the world’s first commercial air tour operator to specialise in serving blind as well as sighted passengers, is a guest of Skipton Chamber of Commerce and Craven Federation of Small Businesses.
Malcolm Weaving, boss of the Rendezvous, described the event as a “coup” and Mr Latif as a “truly inspirational speaker”.
He added: “He is a most interesting and humorous man. People will be fascinated by him.”
Mr Latif has spoken to many organisations including the United Nations and Royal National Institute for the Blind.
The event is open to chamber and federations members and costs £15, which includes a supper. For details call 01756 700100.
