Coach Street car park in Skipton to close

Skipton’s Coach Street car park is due to be partially closed from Monday as work starts on the construction of a massive underground storage tank.
Yorkshire Water’s £900,000 project to reduce the risk of 13 nearby homes suffering sewer problems should take around six months to complete.
Up to half of the car park will be closed while the work is taking place and access will be by the High Street and Swadford Street. Up to six parking spaces could be lost permanently.
