Skipton East Lancashire Rail Action Partnership to meet

A meeting of rail campaigning group the Skipton to East Lancashire Rail Action Partnership (SELRAP) is due to take place on Monday at Herriots Hotel, in Broughton Road, Skipton.
The meeting – which starts at 7pm – is open to all present and prospective members of SELRAP, which is campaigning for the reinstatement of the railway line between Skipton and Colne.
A number of meetings with councillors and the rail industry are planned for the coming months, including one between Pendle MP Andrew Stephenson and Rail Transport Minister Simon Burns.
