Plan to convert former Glusburn mill

An old listed mill could be refurbished and turned into a luxury four-bedroom home.
It is part of a scheme being proposed at Lumb Mill and neighbouring Lumb Ghyll House, on Carr Head Lane, Glusburn.
Other elements of the plan include alterations to the existing house to provide a more suitable layout, the creation of a new vehicular access with off-street parking and reinstating a footbridge over the river.
Planning permission and listed building consent is being sought from Craven District Council.
