Mr Greenway presents a cheque to Manorlands representative Jean Kelly.
Fundraising has moved into top gear at White Rose Volkswagen in Kildwick.
The car dealership has presented £1,500 – in lieu of sending Christmas cards to customers – to the Manorlands Sue Ryder hospice at Oxenhope.
The donation is linked to the 2013 Keighley BigK 10K run/walk in aid of Manorlands, and it is the fourth year the company has given its support.
White Rose Volkswagen managing director Frank Greenway said: “We are delighted to once again make this donation to Manorlands hospice as an alternative to sending Christmas cards.
“We’d still like to thank our customers for their continued support, but I’m sure they appreciate our decision to back the fantastic work that Manorlands does.”
Manorlands regional fundraiser, Rachel Cunningham, said: “The support that White Rose Volkswagen and our other main sponsors gave last year helped us to raise almost £50,000 from the Keighley BigK 10K event.
“This money is crucial in allowing us to continue our services, which provide incredible care to over 1,000 people in the local community every year who are living with incurable conditions.”
