Police are appealing for information
Police are appealing for information after a man stayed at a Craven pub but left without paying.
Using the name Charlie Roost, he booked into the Masons Arms, Gargrave, on Saturday, January 26. He ran up an accommodation and bar bill of £258.70.
He left without paying two days later.
Police are investigating similarities with an incident at the Royal Oak, Settle, on Friday, January 25.
The suspect is described as white, aged 50 to 60 years, with grey/white receding hair, slim build, 5ft 8ins to 6ft tall and smartly dressed.
He was carrying a holdall.
