Guide Dogs for the Blind seek collectors in Settle
Fundraisers for Guide Dogs for the Blind are appealing for collection box coordinators in and around Settle.
“The iconic yellow Labrador boxes play a vital part in raising funds for the £5 a day it costs to support each guide dog partnership,” said branch organiser Jane Colledge.
“An average collection box takes £35 per annum, which is enough to support a working guide dog for just seven days.”
The branch is also looking for a secretary to oversee its administratve duties.
