An Earby barn conversion opportunity is to be auctioned in Manchester on Tuesday, February 26.
Bleara Moor barn off Coolham Lane, has planning permission for conversion to a three-bedroom property and is being offered at a guide price of over £175,000.
The barn occupies a site of nearly nine acres.
