A 44-year-old Barnoldswick man, accused of six charges of rape and three counts of sexual activity with a child, will now have his case heard in September.
Mark Leslie Dallison, of Melville Avenue, had been on trial at Burley Crown Court when the jury was discharged last week. He denies all the offences.
