Brown appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court
A 23-year-old man who was told to leave the Golden Lion pub in Settle because he was drunk was later seen staggering in the road, Skipton magistrates heard on Friday.
David Brown, of Ribble Bank, Langcliffe, who pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly on January 18, was conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £45 court costs and a £15 victims surcharge.
Caroline Midgley, prosecuting, said he was arrested and taken to his father’s house after swearing and shouting abuse at a police community support officer.
