Author Carol Birch to visit Bentham Library

Bentham Library will play host to author Carol Birch for an evening celebrating books and reading on Tuesday.

Carol will talk to the library’s reading group about writing her Booker Prize-nominated novel, Jamrach’s Menagerie, an imaginative tour-de-force encompassing the sights and smells of 19th-century London and the wild sea.

The meeting is open to all and starts at 7.30pm.
