Meditation group launched in Settle

A new meditation group has been launched in Settle.
The aim of the Celestial Meditation and Enlightenment Group is to help members to develop their inner self, promote and educate individuals concerning the mysteries of the hidden world and assist with the awakening and realisation that we are all beings of love and light.
The group will meet in the function room at Settle Rugby Club every Monday from 7.30pm to 10pm and there will be weekly guided meditations and workshops to gain knowledge about the mysteries of the universe.
The sessions cost £5, including refreshments, and details are available from 01729 824659.
