Sutton woman's harassment sentence delay
7:00am Thursday 14th March 2013 in News
Sentencing of a 41-year-old woman found guilty of harassment has been adjourned for reports.
Suzanne Jaggers, of Rosemount Court, Sutton-in-Craven, was due to be sentenced by Skipton magistrates on Friday, but she will now be sentenced next month.
Jaggers was found guilty in her absence last month of harassment after making telephone threats to a woman and her family. The court heard that further psychiatric reports were needed before sentencing could take place.
